Reschedules, Cancellations and No Shows

Cancellation policy for all services and appointments
(Excluding free consultations).

Upon booking you will be requested to pay a deposit. This confirms and holds your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed, and can be booked by someone else, until the deposit is made. This deposit comes off the total of your service cost. Your appointment will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not made (at the latest) before 48 hours of your appointment time. 

All deposits are non-refundable. They are, however, transferable. 

If an appointment is rescheduled, that deposit/booking fee is transferred over to the new appointment. 

It is non-refundable/transferable if that appointment is cancelled or rescheduled (at my discretion) when 24 hours or less notice has been given. 

If you fail to turn up to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Beauty & Brows by Natalie would have turned away other potential bookings and some loss of work needs to be covered.

If you do not complete the process of your cosmetic tattoo (brows, lips or lash line) by cancelling your touch up session, your deposit will not be refunded.

 

Touch up appointments must be completed 6-12 weeks after the original appointment and no later then 21 weeks. Any sessions after this time frame is considered a new session and will have a new appointment cost.
