Reschedules, Cancellations and No Shows

The client understands that all deposits/booking fees and payments are non-refundable.

Beauty & Brows by Natalie would have turned away other potential bookings and loss of work needs to be covered.

The deposit/booking fee asked of new clients, ($50 with all brow tattoo appointments. 50% of total cost for all other services excluding brow shapes, and tints). Will be deducted from the remaining balance due at the end of the appointment.

If appointment is rescheduled, that deposit/booking fee is transferred to the new appointment. 

It is non refundable/transferrable if that appointment is cancelled or rescheduled and 24 hours or less notice has been given, and it is not rebooked within two weeks of the original. 

Any no shows will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the booked appointment cost. If you wish to rebook after a no show, the previous appointment will have to be paid before the new appointment can be confirmed.
