Cancellation policy for all services and appointments
(Excluding free consultations).

Upon booking you will be requested to pay a deposit. This confirms your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is made.

All deposits are non-refundable. They are, however, transferable. 


If an appointment is rescheduled, that deposit/booking fee is transferred over to the new appointment. 
It is non-refundable/transferrable if that appointment is cancelled or rescheduled (at my discretion) when 24 hours or less notice has been given, or it is not rebooked. 

If you fail to turn up to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Beauty & Brows by Natalie would have turned away other potential bookings and loss of work needs to be covered.
